Today, Senator Ken Paxton, Republican candidate for Attorney General, announced the endorsement of conservative firebrand and national grassroots leader Dana Loesch. This builds on last week’s momentum when Paxton announced endorsements from former U.S. Attorney Richard Roper, the San Antonio Professional Firefighters’ Association, and the Sportsmen’s and Animal Owners’ Voting Alliance.
In her endorsement Loesch said,
“As a mom raising boys in America today, I recognize the cultural and economic implications of continuing down the progressive path: now more than ever our liberties are at risk. We need a strong conservative defending freedom, the Constitution, and Texas – we need Ken Paxton in the Office of Attorney General. My family and I recently moved to Texas. We love it here, Texas is our home now, and we intend on doing everything we can to keep it red and free, starting with electing Ken Paxton for AG.”
Senator Paxton said in response to the endorsement, “I am grateful for Dana’s support and endorsement. As a parent to four children myself, I agree the stakes are getting higher every day. It is imperative Texans who believe in free markets and government accountability come together in this election and vote for leaders with proven conservative records to defend our state, preserving its greatness for the next generation.”
