MPACT Endorsement GraphicThe Texas Association of Manufacturers (TAM) political action committee, the Manufacturers PAC of Texas (MPACT), last week announced its endorsement of Texas Senator Ken Paxton (R) in his campaign to become Attorney General of Texas.

“Senator Ken Paxton has provided critical leadership on public policies that are strengthening the manufacturing sector, growing jobs, and promoting a strong business climate,” said Tony Bennett, president of the Texas Association of Manufacturers. “Manufacturing is a driving engine of the Texas economy and we proudly support candidates who understand the importance of a strong manufacturing climate in Texas. Senator Paxton is the right choice for Attorney General.”

The MPACT endorsement follows a string of recent endorsements from other major business and professional organizations, including Texans for Lawsuit Reform (TLRPAC), Texas Medical Association (TEXPAC), Texas Association of Builders (HOMEPAC), and the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA PAC).
