5 New EndorsementsFive Republican nominees for State Representatives, all of whom are expected to serve in the Texas House beginning in January, threw their support to Ken Paxton in the upcoming runoff for Attorney General.  The March primary winners endorsing Paxton include Matt Rinaldi (HD 115) and Tony Tinderholt (HD 94) from North Texas; Mark Keough (HD 15) from Montgomery County; Molly White (HD 55) in Central Texas; and Dr. Stuart Spitzer (HD 4) in East Texas.

In endorsing Paxton, Matt Rinaldi stated, “Ken Paxton is the proven conservative who will fight for our values, and Dan Branch, based on his record, simply will not.   Rep. Branch’s past association as a registered union lobbyist is troublesome, especially with his vote for SB 346 to restrict the political speech of conservatives yet exempt unions.  Conservatives simply can’t trust Dan Branch, and that’s why they overwhelmingly support Ken Paxton for Attorney General.”

Molly White, Republican nominee in Central Texas’ HD 55, said, “The issue of life is paramount to me, and Ken Paxton is the only candidate endorsed by Texas Right to Life as well as almost every pro-family leader in Texas.  Today, I’m pleased to endorse him as well, as I know he will be a champion in defending the unborn.”

Tony Tinderholt of Arlington said, “As a veteran who is passionate about our Second Amendment rights, I proudly endorse Ken Paxton.  As a stalwart defender of the right to keep and bear arms, Ken has earned the endorsement of the National Rifle Association, Texas State Rifle Association, and Gun Owners of America.   Senator Paxton has a stellar record in defending our freedoms and liberties, and I know he’ll do so as Attorney General.”

Dr. Stuart Spitzer is a practicing physician from Henderson County who will represent HD 4 in January. Dr. Spitzer commented, “There’s a reason Senator Paxton won almost 50% of the vote here in Henderson County, and that’s because his strong faith and his conservative values align so clearly with ours.   I urge my fellow East Texans to turn out on May 27 and vote for Ken Paxton, the only true conservative for Attorney General.”

Mark Keough of The Woodlands stated, “I ran for State Representative so I could fight to secure our borders, end federal encroachment of Obamacare, stand for life, and protect taxpayers.   That’s why I’m excited to endorse Ken Paxton for Attorney General, as I know he’ll fight for those very same principles.”
