Texans Deserve Better

No company, no matter how big, is above the law.

Last week, I told you about how my office is leading a multi-state, bi-partisan coalition of 50 attorneys general to investigate Google and other huge tech companies for non-competitive practices. (You can read more from Buzzfeed here.)

These companies must be held accountable.

For years, giant tech companies like Google have put Texans at risk, hurting consumers and squashing new businesses.

50 Attorneys Generals Agree…

It’s time to take action against the titans of Silicon Valley.

For years, tech giants have operated as if the rules didn’t apply to them. And chief among the offenders is Google.

That’s why my office is leading a multistate coalition of 50 attorneys general to investigate Google for anticompetitive practices that harm consumers and businesses. You can read more about it at CNBC.com.

The coalition includes AGs from both parties and 48 out of 50 states, along with the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.

Both parties. States from all over the country.

The investigation by our offices is in addition, of course, to the probe launched by the Trump Administration into similar practices by Google.
