Over the last months, we’ve been treated to one form of lie after another by the Democrats and the mainstream media about the border.

First there was “no crisis on the border.” The President was “making it up to anger the Republican base.”

Then all of a sudden…

CRISIS! Republicans are ignoring the CRISIS at the border!

At least the Democrats are finally recognizing what we’ve been saying for YEARS. There is a huge crisis at the border and it CANNOT be ignored.

The Democrats have stonewalled funding. They’ve caused chaos and crisis at border control facilities.

And they are putting our communities at risk.

Along with 17 other states, my office is attacking Obamacare with a groundbreaking lawsuit.

Not only is the so-called “Affordable” Care Act unconstitutional, it’s not even affordable.

Obamacare is unlawfully forcing Texans to pay more and more for healthcare. [HELP ME FIGHT IT HERE]

In fact… in states where the federal government administers health exchanges (including Texas), health insurance premiums rose an average of 105 percent from 2013 to 2017.

At the end of the day, it’s unconstitutional. That’s why we’ve been locked in a months-long lawsuit to stop it.
