The political arm of the Texas Association of Business today announced its endorsement of Republican Ken Paxton for Attorney General.  With more than 4,000 business members and their 600,000+ employees, the Texas Association of Business works to improve the Texas business climate and to help make our state’s economy the strongest in the world.

“Ken has always had a strong legislative voting record supporting Texas’business interests,”said Bill Hammond, CEO of the Texas Association of Business. “The decision for our political arm, the Business and Commerce Political Action Committee, to support Ken for Attorney General was an easy decision to make. We know he will continue to support the policies that make Texas a great place to do business.”

Senator Paxton has recently earned key endorsements from leading organizations and associations which represent thousands of Texans including The Manufacturing PAC of Texas (MPACT), Texans for Lawsuit Reform (TLRPAC), Texas Medical Association (TEXPAC), Texas Association of Builders (HOMEPAC), and the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA PAC).

On May 27th, Ken Paxton won the Republican nomination for Texas Attorney General, earning almost 64% of the vote.  A defender of our free enterprise system, Senator Paxton has opposed government regulations which harm Texas jobs and economic growth.  As a Texas State Senator, he vigorously opposed the expansion of Obamacare and will continue to do so as Attorney General.
